Channel Marketing Specialist

Prioritize and execute IF&L marketing programs and initiatives. Responsible for in country activation and partnerships for Channel initiatives and collaborate with Sales to support channel partners in their marketing journey.

Manage, Prioritize and execute IF&L marketing programs and initiatives in Central & Eastern Europe. Establish a focus and discipline tool and governance that drives tracking and execution. Ensures all programs and initiatives (incl. specifically HDAX and VARTECH programs) have appropriate planning, tracking, reporting and metrics in place. Track and report result on monthly basis to ensure good visibility on deliverables, status, and early insights. Coordinate with wide range of internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment. Responsible for in country activation and partnerships for Channel initiatives across DIFM, Distributor and Retail & Branded marketer channels. Collaborate with Sales to support channel partners (in Germany, Central, Eastern Europe and Central Asia) through development and implementation of programs, initiatives and tools that drives channel value proposition and improves performance. Provide project management support for the wider IF&L Growth Programs, including BX initiatives.
