**The Company**

Lotsenbüro, a German family-owned company, are leaders in commercial kitchen container rental providers nationwide. We specialize in planning, building, and delivering customized kitchen containers ready for use anywhere.

Founded with a focus on delivering high-quality, reliable kitchen solutions, Lotsenbüro specialises in the rental of fully equipped kitchen containers for temporary use, such as during renovations or emergency situations.

In 2024, Lowe Corporation acquired Lotsenbüro, and as we continue to grow and integrate our operations, we are looking for a dynamic Marketing Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented marketing professional to help shape our brand presence in Germany, drive strategic marketing campaigns, and contribute to the ongoing success of both Lotsenbüro and Lowe Corporation.

**The Role**

Key responsibilities will include:
Marketing
- Implementing the regional marketing strategies in conjunction with the Managing Director.
- Creating high level online content and material for publication throughout multiple platforms
- Managing inbound enquiries and the content of our CRM, ensuring customer follow ups are in-line with company KPI’s
- Working with the digital team to continually improve SEO performance
- Assisting with the company’s participation at exhibitor trade shows, ensuring brand visibility and maximising opportunities
- Arranging and coordinating interviews with colleagues and customers to use as content through our channels
- Staying up to date with PR and industry trends
- Contributing to the on-going planning, development, and execution of the company's online marketing strategies.
- Occasional travel throughout Europe

**Experience & Qualifications**

Essential
- Degree level with marketing as a major component
- A minimum of 2 years' experience within a fast-paced marketing environment
- CRM experience
- Superb organisational skills
- Social and long format copywriting experience
- Excellent proof-reading skills
- High level of interpersonal communication
- Fully proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook
- Must be passionate about marketing culture
- Excellent presentation skills
- Excellent decision making and problem-solving skills
- Strong commercial acumen and curiosity.
- German and English speaking

Ad-hoc travel across the UK and Europe will be required in this role.

Desirable
- Digital campaign planning and delivery
- Industry experience within hospitality, public sector or construction.
