**Description**:
KNIME is rapidly growing, and we’re on the lookout for motivated, creative people to help us scale and support our vibrant community. We’re currently looking for an Revenue Application Operations Specialist (M/F/d) to join our team in Berlin*.

**Who you are**:

- You're a skilled professional who combines process expertise with technical know-how to turn business needs into solutions that enhance internal customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- You’re at home managing and improving our RevOps tech stack (primarily Salesforce, plus Clari, Salesloft, HubSpot) and finding ways to streamline processes and drive efficiency.
- You bring a strong background in system administration, configuration, and automation (workflow rules, custom objects, data validation, etc.) and a strategic focus that keeps business goals front and center.
- With solid experience in Salesforce Administration (SOQL required; certification and API knowledge a plus), you’re adept at leading CRM projects, troubleshooting, training, and documentation.
- You’re a proactive, problem-solving self-starter who thrives in a dynamic environment, values simplicity, and looks for ways to contribute independently.
- Fluency in English is required.

- Manage, support and enhance our system’s functionality, work closely with various stakeholders to understand business needs, challenges and implement solutions.
- With your strong business acumen you are instrumental in delivering insights and projects to drive growth and inform business decisions.
- Leading and managing company-wide CRM projects.
- Maintaining system integrity, enhancing user experience, and ensuring the delivery of key insights & projects to drive business decisions & growth.
