**Responsibilities**:
As a Finance and Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for taking ownership for various financial and operational tasks, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and supporting the company's growth. Your responsibilities will include:
Finance Operations:

- P&L (Profit and Loss) Analysis: Prepare and analyze financial data to provide insights and support decision-making processes. Identify opportunities to streamline and automate manual tasks associated with P&L analysis.
- Cash Flow: Monitor and manage cash inflow operations, ensuring efficient and accurate data processing.
- Tax & Accounting: Assist in bookkeeping, invoice processing, and administration related to tax matters.

Business Operations:

- Payouts: Evaluate and implement automation processes to reduce dependencies and optimize payout operations.
- Sales: Contribute to sales operations by providing financial insights and support in optimizing processes.
- Business Intelligence (BI): Collaborate with the team to develop dashboards and utilize tools like Big Query for data analysis and reporting.
- HR: Assist with payroll operations, ensuring timely and accurate processing of employee compensation.
- Legal: Collaborate with the legal team to update terms and conditions, facilitate data protection compliance, and support product management in aligning user requirements with legal reviews.
- Artist Administration Operations: Support operational processes related to artist administration.

**Basic Qualifications**:

- Strong understanding of financial management and operational processes.
- Proven experience in finance, operations, or related roles, preferably within the music or technology industry.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in financial analysis and reporting.
- Proficient in Excel.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, startup environment.
- Continuous learning mindset with a drive to improve and explore new opportunities.
- Full working proficiency in German & English.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- Familiarity with music industry financial practices and streaming platforms.
- SQL-Basics.
