**Purpose of Role**
- Play a pivotal role in designing, developing and implementing innovative solutions in a timely manner
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions on Dynamics 365, power platform Apps, or similar.
- Continue the drive of digitalization, automation and innovation
- Ensure the scalability, reliability and performance for all existing and future environments
- Ensuring data on Business system(s) are secure and follow regulations including but not limited to GDPR.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Applications and Processes**
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and design technical solutions using Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and related technologies. Provide technical support and guidance on any projects where required
- Ensure data integrity and consistency within all environments, including data migration, data cleansing, and data enrichment activities. Optimize the teams work processes and best practices and implement changes to streamline operations
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including solution design documents, configuration guides, and user manuals.
- Adopt requirements and processes based on input from the Group and Business Analysts
- Support the business stakeholders envision the future and shaping the technical infrastructure and business processes to match them
- Ensure that all solutions comply with security standards and regulatory requirements, and implement measures to protect data privacy and integrity.
- To report any data breaches in security to the CIO in a timely manner
- Manage the maintenance and monitoring of system statistics and behaviour to ensure a flawless operation** Data Analytics**
- Assist the CIO, Data Analytics and marketing department with data investigations and identify opportunities and trends within the data
- Identification of data issues and manage the work to resolve them in a timely manner
- Ensure that all data in the databases are correct and updated as per identified rules**.** Relationships**
- Strengthen the collaboration between ICT and development to ensure overall integrity of the software architecture
- Stay up to date with new technologies which could improve data for reporting and system developing
- Foster a collaborative environment by effectively communicating with team members, stakeholders, and management to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes.
