Für diesen sympathischen Kunden, der schon seit mehr als 20 Jahren erfolgreich ist, suchen wir in Direktvermittlung am Standort Nürnberg einen **Asset Allocation and Advisory (m/w/d) in Vollzeit mit Möglichkeit zum hybriden oder remote Arbeiten.**

**Asset Allocation and Advisory (m/w/d)***:Aufgaben**:

- Eigenverantwortliche Betreuung der zugeordneten Spezialfonds-Advisory-Mandate inkl. Fondsscreening
- Erarbeitung und Überarbeitung von Asset Allocation-Zielbildern der Mandanten
- Umsetzung der Asset Allocation Projekte (intern und extern) durch Nachhalten des Zielbildes
- Laufende Mitarbeit zur Weiterentwicklung der internen Betreuungsgrundsätze
- Aufarbeitung fachspezifischer Themen und Wissensweitergabe als Multiplikator
- Optional: selbstständige Übernahme von Seminartätigkeiten

**Qualifikation**:

- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Bankausbildung
- Abschluss eines wirtschaftswissenschaftlichen Studiengangs der Fachrichtung Banken, Finanzdienstleistungen, Kapitalmarkt oder vergleichbare Aus
- oder Weiterbildungen
- (Erste) einschlägige Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen Controlling, Gesamtbanksteuerung, Treasury oder Asset-Liability-Management mit dem jeweiligen produktbezogenen und aufsichtsrechtlichen Fachwissen (u.a. MaRisk, KWG, CRR)
- Hohes Interesse an Finanzmärkten und verschiedenen Anlageklassen
- Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten, strukturiertes Vorgehen, Kreativität und Flexibilität
- Belastbarkeit, Zuverlässigkeit, Hands-On-Mentalität, Reisebereitschaft und hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein
