Our Cybersecurity Finance Team is constituted by multicultural, motivated and experienced people. We are located in Munich,and Madrid with supporting controllers in US, China, Mexico, Austria and Portugal.

**Are you ready to take the challenge in Cybersecurity Finance?**

**This is your role**:

- Responsible Unit Controller for the financial controlling and target achievement for our global Siemens Cybersecurity Defense Team partnering with the global Head of Unit, Head of Departments and the Service Owners with branches in multiple countries e. g. Germany, Spain, Portugal, US, Mexico and China.
- Comprehensive financial performance from budgeting and forecasting, deviation analysis and definition/implementation of corrective measures etc. in alignment with the Head of Unit and Head of Finance.
- Development of the financial business cases for new services including location strategy, labor and cost calculation, service price calculation and long-term development.
- Financial contract management and commercial project management of important projects/programs for internal and external customers (e. g. affiliates, carve outs etc.).
- Guide and supervise finance and cybersecurity colleagues in different countries to continue the transformation from a “cost center thinking” to a “Service-P&L thinking” organization, introducing and supporting the service controlling system and toolset covering cost and revenue planning on service and unit level and driving actively business understanding for time allocation and cost controlling.
- Continuous development of the tool landscape including digitalization and visualization for management reporting.

**The skills you should bring**:

- Commercial Degree, e.g. in Business Administration, International Management, Finance, etc..
- Long-term working experience in Finance Functions (Business-, Performance
- or R&D controlling, Corporate Function Controlling, Sales, Commercial Project Mgt).
- Profound experience in service and project business model development.
- Curiosity to work on strategical & operational level and also to work with a strong costumer focus.
- As a great teammate you work closely with your colleagues in an international context. In your everyday work, you understand a diverse group of backgrounds: cultural and organizational.
- Attitude of driving change, tool affinity, communication & presentation skills.
- Leadership skills are a plus in order to partner successfully with senior partners.
- Very good skills in Excel, SAP, Pivot, MS office; CPM certification recommended.
- English or German fluent, other languages e.g. Spanish or Portugues are welcome.
