**Member Business Practices & Compliance Advisor** - GSA (m/w/d)**

**Ihre spannenden Aufgaben**:

- Sie lösen Probleme in den Bereichen Channel Distribution, Marketingplan Manipulationen, Distributor Difference, Online-Marktplätzen, Doppelte Beraterschaften, Ethik, Werbung, Rückerstattung und Compliance in Deutschland, Österreich und in der Schweiz. Falls erforderlich auch in anderen Ländern von Nordeuropa oder EMEA
- Sie besitzen tiefgehendes Wissen über die Prozesse und die Verfahren, mit denen solche Probleme angegangen werden müssen. Sie verfügen auch über die erforderlichen Fähigkeiten, die logische Denkweise, Entscheidungsfähigkeit und Diplomatie, um solche Probleme mit möglichst geringen negativen Auswirkungen und wenn möglich mit positiven (WOW)Auswirkungen zu lösen
- Sie bieten die Schulungen online oder vor Ort für Mitarbeiter an
- Sie geben den Mitarbeitern schnelle und genaue Antworte auf alle MPC - Anfragen
- Sie unterstützen und / oder Sie übernehmen administrative Aufgaben wie zum Beispiel das Archivieren von EMEA MPC - Dateien in unserem digitalen Archiv

**Das zeichnet Sie aus**:

- Kaufmännische Ausbildung und/oder fremdsprachliche Ausbildung/Studium
- Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im kaufmännischen Bereich, vorzugsweise im Kundenservice von Vorteil
- Starkes Logikvermögen und die Problemlösungsfähigkeiten mit Innovationsfähigkeit
- Starke Qualitäts -, Ergebnis - und Detailorientierung
- Gute mündliche, schriftliche Kommunikations
- sowie Präsentationsfähigkeit, die Fähigkeit auf verschiedene Ebenen und über diversen Kulturen zu kommunizieren
- Die Fähigkeit zur Unterstützung fortschrittlicher Veränderungen
- Die Fähigkeit, sensible und vertrauliche Informationen zu bewahren
- Die Fähigkeit, die Fristen einzuhalten und alle Arten von Korrespondenz und Berichten in allen Phasen der Untersuchung oder des Dateimanagements vorzubereiten
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Deutsch und Englisch sind ein MUSS ( zusätzliche EMEA-Sprache ist vom Vorteil)
- Exzellente PC - Kenntnisse sind vorteilhaft
- Professioneller und höflicher Umgang mit allen Mitarbeitern und Beratern
- Frühere Erfahrungen mit Herbalife sind von großem Vorteil
- Kenntnisse der Regeln & Richtlinien, der Berater Richtlinien und der Marketingplans sind vom Vorteil
