Unser Kunde auf Macher wie Dich Aufgaben Entwicklung und Anpassung von Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC): Anpassungen im System, Entwicklung, Schnittstellenprogrammierung Analyse und Spezifikation: Erhebung und Dokumentation von Anforderungen in Teilprojekten sowie deren Überführung in technische Konzepte. Dokumentation: Erstellung technischer Dokumentationen zur Qualitätssicherung und als Grundlage für Schulungen sowie Anwenderunterstützung. Support (2nd Level): Analyse und Behebung komplexer Supportfälle in Zusammenarbeit mit der Support-Abteilung. Wissenstransfer: Engagement im internen Know-how-Aufbau durch Austausch von Erfahrungen, Best Practices und Weiterentwicklung des Projektteams. Qualifikation Fachliche Qualifikation: Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich mit Schwerpunkt Programmierung oder ein Studium der Informatik bzw. Wirtschaftsinformatik. Erste Praxiserfahrung: Idealerweise bereits erste Berührungspunkte mit ERP-Systemen, vorzugsweise Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Navision oder vergleichbaren Anwendungen. Prozessverständnis: Gutes Gespür für betriebswirtschaftliche Abläufe und deren Abbildung in IT-Systemen. Technisches Wissen: Fundierte IT-Kenntnisse sowie Interesse an modernen Technologien und Softwarelösungen. Persönliche Stärken: Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsfreude und eine offene, engagierte Persönlichkeit. Weiterbildungsbereitschaft: Eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise sowie hohe Motivation zur stetigen fachlichen und persönlichen Weiterentwicklung. Sprachkenntnisse: Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie gute Englischkenntnisse für den Austausch in internationalen Kontexten.
