That's why we are always looking for curious minds that see themselves imagining the unimaginablewith us. **Community Engagement Organizer for Curiosity Labs Program** Life Science Sustainability & Business Social Innovation (SSBI) is actively redefining the space, taking an entrepreneurial approach to the practice rather than a risk-based approach. We work in three key areas: Sustainable Operations, Greener Products and Solutions, and Employee and Community Engagement (ECE). The **Community Engagement Organizer** will support the Employee and Community Engagement (ECE) team within Sustainability & Social Business Innovation, with the primary responsibility focused on the implementation of one of our key science education programs, Curiosity Labs in the EMEA region. Curiosity Labs engages students with hands on, inquiry-based learning, applies scientific concepts to "real world" settings and connects classrooms to professionals in various scientific fields. Responsibilities could include, but are not limited to: - Support the planning, implementation, and execution of local Curiosity Labs events in the Darmstadt and other European countries. - Assist in program logistics, including creation of lesson kits, materials sourcing and material management. - Drive awareness of and engagement in the Curiosity Labs program among employees. - Support local site volunteer teams - Develop internal communications to highlight Curiosity Labs program and activities, as needed. - Assist in new Curiosity Labs lesson development. - Research opportunities to support program growth and expansion. - Keep a pulse on key employee and community engagement industry trends and best practices. **Qualifications**: - Ability to work with internal and external stakeholders to resolve complex problems and create unique solutions - Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and participate as an effective team member - Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent written and oral communication skills - Detail-oriented - Ability to be flexible - Passion and desire to learn - Experience working with Microsoft Office tools, such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint inclusion Work Your Magic with us Ready to explore, break barriers, and discover more?
