In your new role you will:

- Be responsible for the **project set-up in the tool **such as the preservation and further development of the project management and budget processes, data evaluations and information platforms for all functions of the organization (project management, line management)
- Be the contact person for **1st level support **for R&D Tools within the organization
- Strongly **collaborate with project management **, other project management offices and central R&D functions
- **Support finance department **with the R&D Budget Forecast and monthly closing activities
- Take over full responsibility for **preparation of management meetings **, **KPI Reports **, **Roadmap process **and **special events**

You maintain an overview and recognize exactly where support is needed. In trusting cooperation with the team, you not only manage to reliably complete current tasks, but also identify future requirements at an early stage and are happy to take the initiative. In doing so, you show commitment and take responsibility for your tasks. If that sounds like you, then you should join our team

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

- A **degree **in **Economics **, Business Administration, Finance or a commercial education background with working experience
- At least **1-3 years of professional experience in a PMO role**:

- A **proactive working attitude **as well as the ability to easily adapt to new situations
- Passion to organize, drive and coordinate meetings or events
- An **open and communicative mind-set **and joy in working within an international and intercultural team
- Very good **IT skills **like MS Office (KLUSA, Tableau, JIRA or Confluence would be an advantage)
- A high level of comprehension and **very good organizational skills**:

- **Fluent English **and **German **communication skills
