Senior Specialist Strategy

Do you enjoy handling a broad variety of tasks and being involved in strategic as well as in tactical sales topics? Our goal is to enable Sales and Regional Marketing to navigate this increasingly complex business environment and to sustainably achieve revenue and DWIN goals. Marketing & Sales Operations is responsible for developing and deploying the Sales, Marketing and Distribution strategy through leadership, right organization, processes & tools. As Senior Specialist Strategy & Projects, you will contribute to the ongoing and transformation projects and own the regional bluebook process.

In your new role, you will:

- **Plan the yearly regional strategy framework **and coordinate with worldwide regions
- **Maintain the framework and prepare templates in XLS and PPT**:

- **Act as a supporting function for the regional marketing**:

- **Control the process during execution **and provide reports and analytics
- **Be part of the SMD IPC project office and support in key projects, **e.g. transformation projects
- **Provide support to the Director Strategy & Projects **and the respective project core teams
- **Organize project workshops and project meetings**:

- **Prepare status reports and stakeholder presentations**:

- **Support in project management and coordination **, as well as effectively prepare steering presentations

You listen actively to the customer and consider his point of view, thoughts, and ideas. Your excellent communication and presentation skills have always helped you to master the need for alignment across internal and external contacts. Striving for continuous improvement, you work conscientiously on making things better, faster, and more efficient.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

- A **degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering **or similar, MBA would be a plus
- At least **1-3 years relevant working experience **in the field of Consulting, Sales, Marketing and/or Distribution
- **A project management professional background, **this would be preferred
- **Excellent command in MS Office **, especially PowerPoint and Excel
- **Strong communication and analytical skills**:

- **Flexibility and if you can adapt to new situations and have the willingness **to go the extra mile**:

- **Excellent English skills **, German as a plus
