Aquarius is an engine company, provides green Internal Combustion Engine (ICE)

Aquarius Engines was founded in 2015 with the vision of redefining the distributed electricity generation market leveraging its disruptive linear engine technology.

Aquarius’ technology allows its customers in Telecom, automotive, aviation and marine to benefit from a small-size engine which demonstrates the highest power-size ratio (measured in kWh/Kg) alongside a significantly lower maintenance frequency, compared with commonly used solutions. Around the linear-based engine technology, Aquarius has developed linear-engine based power generators and predictive maintenance system to provide its customers and strategic partners with a comprehensive solution which can be adjusted to their specific needs.

We are looking for a full time R&D and Innovation Quality leader to join its R&D team at Aachen, Germany.

**Roles and responsibilities**:

- Site quality assurance management, Site board member.
- Maintain the site Quality Management system in accordance with ISO9001 standard.
- Define suitable and feasible quality processes during R&D and Innovation.
- Collection, monitoring and analysis of site Quality records. On site customer support.
- Initiate corrective and preventive actions until effectiveness achievement.
- Coordination of Analysis and follow-up of failures and non-compliances.
- Planning, execution, guidance, and follow-up of internal and external audits.
- Execution of efficient and effective quality control.
- Suppliers’ quality management.
- Monitors the quality of products during development.
- Perform periodical quality management reviews.
- MRB and Wavier coordinator.
- Design FMEA’s coordinator.
- Configuration Management.
- Site quality training.
- Site Document control.

**Experience and skills**:

- Sc. in Practical Mechanical Engineer / Mechanical engineering.
- Certified Quality Manager.
- Certified Quality auditor - an advantage.
- 2+ years of proven experience as quality manager in industry.
- knowledge of industrial quality standards.
- Excellent communicate in English: reading, writing, and speaking
- Team Player.
