**Für den Bereich QA wird ab sofort ein**: Quality Assurance Operations and Quality Excellence Lead (M/F/d) gesucht.

Aufgaben

**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Vorantreiben von Verbesserungsprojekten, Veränderungsprogrammen und Quality Excellence
- Leitung und Koordination von Untersuchungen, Risikobewertungen, CAPA-Definition und -Implementierung in Bezug auf Nichtkonformitäten wie Abweichungen, Reklamationen, Marktrückrufe in Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen
- Führen und Entwickeln von Teams durch Schulung und Coaching der Mitarbeitenden
- Gewährleistung eines effektiven und effizienten Qualitätsbetriebs in Übereinstimmung mit gesetzlichen Anforderungen, Standardarbeitsanweisungen zu Gesundheit und Sicherheit am Arbeitsplatz sowie Umweltschutz
- Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Qualitätsstrategien und -zielen

Qualifikation
- Hochschulabschluss in Naturwissenschaften
- Erste Führungserfahrung
- Sehr gutes Verständnis des Qualitätsmanagements im Pharmaumfeld und Kenntnis der geltenden Vorschriften und Richtlinien
- Erfahrung in der erfolgreichen Umsetzung von Prozessverbesserungen und der Förderung von Operational und Quality Excellence in funktionsübergreifenden Teams
- Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse, gute Deutschkenntnisse
- Strategisches und analytisches Denken sowie exzellente Stakeholder-Management
- und Networking-Fähigkeiten
