**Your role**

As a **Personal Assistant (gn)**, you will play an important role as an invaluable team member in the core of our business. As such, you will provide high level administrative support to our European Chief Underwriting Officer and European heads of department. You enjoy managing multiple tasks simultaneously and focus on delivering high quality results while meeting tight deadlines. You embrace new challenges and are keen to learn, develop and shape your own role. You love being in a position where all roads run together and enjoy organizing your managers’ business lifes, working with multiple personalities and cultures as a reliable partner at eye level.

**Your key responsibilities**
- Manage complex and busy diaries and coordinate internal and external meetings
- Arrange international travel and submit expenses
- Act as a “gate-keeper” and manage correspondence and filing systems
- Ensure that the CUO is well prepared for upcoming meetings by collating input from his team, compiling and preparing reports and presentations
- Take minutes in management meetings and proactively assist with meeting deadlines, manage action points and follow-ups
- Help embed the usage of Microsoft SharePoint, Teams and other digital collaboration tools in day-to-day executive and team’s lives
- Organize team bonding activities, offsites and events, as well as the Annual Technical Underwriting Audits
- Provide back-up cover to the CEO Europe’s Assistant during holidays and absences
- Assist with other ad hoc project work as and when required by the managers.

**Qualifications**
- ** Excellent English language skills** (written and spoken), ideally native speaker. German and other languages are a plus.
- Advanced working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite with a high affinity to working digitally (SharePoint, OneNote, OneDrive)
- Experience in managing multiple executives, with the ability to adapt to differing needs of the stakeholders; proactive, pragmatic and efficient working style with little guidance
- Ability to plan ahead and make accurate judgement on prioritising tasks
- Reliably deliver high quality results by paying attention to detail
- Act with integrity and discretion, treating sensitive information and documents confidentially
- Open-minded, empathetic individual with a positive ‘can-do’ attitude, able to build strong working relationships
