**You are the perfect fit for this role if**

This means:

- You have a knack for **helping people** and don't just recruit new talent, but instead connect people's work needs and goals to the opportunities available in our growing organisation.
- You are very **independent** and bring a lot of **initiative** to your work.
- You care about the **happiness** of our team beyond just getting them on board. You are interested in employee engagement, learning and development, and are excited to use your **organisation skills** for fun team events.
- You have excellent communication skills in **English** and **German**.
- You are **currently enrolled** as a student in a higher education institution, and you have at least 1 more year left in your studies.
