Job Description
The Learning & Performance Development Community of Expertise (CoE) mission is to empower colleagues to continuously develop their skills and grow through an impactful learning ecosystem to maximize business results and personal career growth.
As an Apprenticeship Coordinator, your main responsibilities include:
Co-create, support, implement and evaluate the apprenticeship strategy as part of the overall Learning & Performance Development strategy.
Secure a holistic, fair, and harmonized apprenticeship process in collaboration with Learning & Performance Development CoE.
Support HR Business Partners and function managers in leading a high-quality learning experience for apprentices.
Liaise with institutional partners e.g., be the point of contact for relevant partners and explore new apprenticeship opportunities.
Collaborate with the Talent CoE in identifying, designing, and implementing the right talent attraction initiatives.
Participate in our industry’s relevant apprenticeship events.
Plan and organize education processes in the region e.g., Welcome Days, progress follow-up, feedback etc.
Secure compliance regarding the current labour regulations and law requirements.
Secure, support and follow up on feedback, and dialogue processes in collaboration with line managers.
Actively promote a learning culture, our values, and our company culture to support business success.
Continuously find and evaluate new apprenticeship programs.

Formal education or relevant experience within apprenticeship or adult development
