Through data and customer insights, we design a plan that ensures a holistic customer experience from communication with our customer to our membership program.

**Job Description**:
As a Performance Media Lead, you contribute to added customer value, a strong brand and increased sales by driving customer development as well as profitable and incremental sales growth for the region through performance media channels.

**Your main responsibilities include**:
Being responsible for regional collaboration with the global performance manager and channel experts to be fully immersed in global strategies & frameworks.
Being responsible for regional agency teams (part of global teams), leading them to deliver according to customer, brand and media guidelines & goals.
Being responsible for driving the regional part of the global yearly performance budget, revenue, traffic and ROI forecasts for the region, in close collaboration with global media team and controlling.
Identify customer growth potential connected to performance investments together with regional and local customer activation teams.
Based on global performance media strategy, ensure that performance investments are optimized towards profitable sales and acquisition goals across media channels and countries, focusing on incrementality.
Be highly aligned with regional Media Manager/ Paid and Owned Media Leads, Business Controller and Sales Mgr. to set ROI goals for performance channels and give input to global performance media team.

**Qualifications**:
**Education**:
Marketing, communication or business degree or 5+ years of experience in a performance marketing organization.

**Skills & Experience**:
Strategic experience of performance media channels and their role in customer acquisition & retention.
Operative performance channels experience and knowledge of ad platforms tools and systems.
Advanced system and tools experience (MS Office, MMM tools and Power BI).
Experience with steering complex teams, as well as with setting and managing large media budgets.
Great leadership and business judgment skills, preferably from an international environment.
Extensive knowledge in several performance channels operations and algorithms (SEM, Social, Affiliate, Display) as well as strong understanding of SEO. E-mail and push experience is a plus.
Broad digital marketing knowledge and a strategic thinker that understands the total view for growing brands and engaging customers and consumers.
High analytical ability, structured and organized.
High level of English, both spoken and written. German and/or other European languages are a plus.
Additional Information

This is a full-time position and will be based in Region Central Europe, with possible working locations in Germany, Netherlands, Austria, or Switzerland. Highly preferable if located in Germany (Hamburg, Berlin or Frankfurt).
