**Your role**

Excited about equities and ready for a challenge? Do you have a track record in Advisory sales? Are you a target driven individual? Do you know how to come up with innovative solutions for clients?
- Interested to help us grow our leading Global Markets franchise and join a fabulous team? The Global Markets Equity Sales Team at UBS Investment Bank in Germany is hiring.
- We're looking for an Equity Salesperson to:
- market UBS´s outstanding and market leading global equities research, Evidence Lab and advisory product to our clients in Germany
- advise a broad range of equity investors such as Asset Managers, Wealth Managers, Hedge Funds and Family Offices on the whole spectrum of products
- introduce, develop and maintain client relationships by understanding their specific needs, which may include search for alpha, identifying client goals, objectives and expectations
- be on top of market developments and product, and integrate a profound understanding of capital markets, events and research views into actionable ideas and recommendations for clients
- pitch bespoke and innovative solutions to clients
- take ownership, think out of the box and connect with colleagues across the global markets floor

**Your team**
- You’ll be joining the leading equities franchise in Germany and working in the Global Equities Advisory Sales team in Frankfurt. We provide a full range of solutions with global access to primary and secondary markets.

**Your expertise**
- ideally some years of sales experience with German institutional clients
- excellent knowledge of financial markets, instruments and strategies
- proven understanding of the regulatory environment and its effect on clients
- adept communicator and collaborator, able to adapt style to audience
- a passion for following market developments and understanding both current and anticipated trends
- driven, with ability to thrive in a high-paced environment with a consistently professional manner
- fluent in German and English to support local client base
