Senior Equity Research Sales

**Details of the role and how it fits into the team**

Deutsche Bank Research is responsible for economic and financial analysis within Deutsche Bank Group and covers asset allocation and all major industry sectors. We analyse relevant trends for the bank in financial markets, the economy and society, highlight risks and opportunities and act as consultant for the bank, its clients and stakeholders. Deutsche Bank Research delivers high-quality, independent analysis and actively promotes public debate on economic, fiscal, labour market and social policy issues.

The individual will sit within the Frankfurt-based General Sales team, part of the wider European Equity Research Sales team. You will be responsible for specific clients as well as working with the wider sales team to distribute Equity Research product to asset managers, discussing macro, sector and stock specific views. You will look to enhance relationships with existing clients as well as looking for opportunities with new clients. Additionally, you will be expected to support the ECM distribution process for specific clients.

**Your key responsibilities**
- Service priority clients by developing strong client relationships through value-added transmission of our Global Equity Research & Multi-Asset products
- Provide market and individual stock idea generation to clients in support of their investment process
- Support ECM distribution process with clients
- Ability to maintain and strengthen existing client relationships as well as identify new relationships with clients in support of the Company Research business model
- Manage Analyst marketing, conferences, roadshow meetings and industry events with clients
- Maintain and ensure the accuracy of the Bank's CRM system
- Business travel and client entertainment as required

**Your skills and experiences**
- Excellent markets experience with a strong understanding for global equities and markets cross-asset
- Strong existing network with asset managers, other institutional investors
- Strong analytical skills to derive company specific investment ideas
- Ability to work well with other Sales personnel and Research Analyst teams
- Ability to create and execute comprehensive business plans
- Highly effective communicator and presentation skills
- Fluency in German and English (written & spoken) as well as computer language skills could be a plus
