For our Sustainability Team at ProCredit Holding in Frankfurt am Main, we are seeking a motivated

**Inclusive Finance Specialist (M/F/d)**

As an Inclusive Finance Specialist (M/F/d) you will play a crucial role in helping our organization achieve its sustainability goals and make
a positive impact through enabling more equative access to financial services to different groups of customers, focusing on gender, youth
and entrepreneurs, among others. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing sustainability initiatives and
business programs that can generate impact in our markets in Eastern Europe. At the same time, we will be focusing on our internal
initiatives, to promote the inclusion on institutional level.

**Your role in our team**:

- Conducting and/or supporting market research and analysis to identify the needs and preferences of potential and existing clients,
- as well as the opportunities and challenges in the financial sector.- Constant research of best sustainability practices and industry benchmarks related to inclusive finance and identification of
- synergies with ProCredit sustainability approach.- Researching regulatory compliance requirements that impact company operations, considering different markets.
- Developing proposals and coordinating implementation of innovative inclusive financial products and services, such as savings,

loans, insurance, payments, or others, that are tailored to the specific needs and contexts of selected target groups such as WSME
or young entrepreneurs.
- Developing proposals and coordinating implementation of innovative inclusive initiatives internally, in order to increase the

satisfaction of our colleagues internally.
- Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of sustainability programs related to financial inclusion and gender finance, and when

needed, recommending changes to close strategic gaps on the group level.
- Building and maintaining relationships with various stakeholders, such as financial service providers, regulators, policymakers,

donors, and civil society organizations, to foster collaboration and coordination in the financial inclusion.
- Providing capacity building to other teams and banks from the group to enhance their knowledge, skills, and practices in delivering

and promoting inclusive finance.
- Work on disaggregated data collection, analysis and reporting processes with constant improvement and alignment with the

international definitions and best practices.
- Monitoring and evaluating the impact and performance of inclusive finance interventions and initiatives, using quantitative and

qualitative methods and tools, and reporting on the results and lessons learned.
- Advocating and raising awareness on the importance and benefits of financial inclusion and influencing internal policy and standards

to create an enabling environment for inclusive finance.
- Developing communication materials for stakeholders regarding a company’s sustainability goals on inclusive finance.
- Preparing and performing trainings for internal and external stakeholders; participation on conferences and representation of the

company in the public events.

**What we expect**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Sociology, Sustainability, or related field (master’s degree preferred).- Proven experience in inclusive finance, gender or youth finance or impact quantification preferably in European context.
- Minimum 3 year of experience.- Strong understanding of European regulations and sustainability standards.
- Excellent project management skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Effective communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Sustainability certifications are a plus.
- Identify with the goals and values of the ProCredit group and be able to represent them.
- Being flexible and open to discussion
- Enjoy working in a team and communicate clearly and openly.
- Work independently, goal-oriented and act confidently.
