**(Junior) Specialist Green Finance (M/F/d)**
**in Group Credit Risk Management**

**focusing on renewable energy project finance and ESG analysis**

**What tasks we offer**:

- Formulating recommendations on company policy or procedural changes, in compliance with group policies and relevant legal

requirements (MaRisk, KWG, etc.)
- Further developing our institutional approach to financing renewable energy projects in developing countries and emerging

markets: templates, guidelines, manuals, tools and IT projects
- Shaping the group’s approach to integrating environmental and social (E&S) risks into credit and portfolio analysis (e.g. climate

and transition risks): standards, policies, reports and analyses
- Supporting the subsidiary banks in the implementation of the above approaches, including by means of training measures and

preparing presentations and regular reports

**What we expect**:

- Strong interest in environmental, financial and development issues
- Willingness and interest in business trips to ProCredit banks, including client visits
- University degree in development economics, economics, business administration, political science, economic geography,

or other social or natural sciences with a minor in economic/business administration or comparable qualification
- Professional experience in the consulting, banking and financial services industry is an advantage
- Knowledge of finance and accounting, statistics, economics, industry assessment and financial statement analysis
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Excellent command of spoken and written English German language skills and/or further language skills from countries of the

ProCredit banks are an advantage. The working language in the department and in the ProCredit group is English.
- Confident handling of MS Office products (especially Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.)
