**Communications, Change and Engagement Specialist**

**What to expect**:

- Aid in the creation of the global IT communications, change, and engagement plan
- Control alterations and improvements being made to communications for external, business, and global IT stakeholders.
- Understanding communication standards and practices requires close collaboration with the corporate communications team as well as legal and human resources obligations.
- Examine trends and the state of global IT today to find areas for improvement.
- Create content for presentations and lead working sessions for global IT in accordance with the overall communications strategy.
- Provide a framework for measuring, tracking, and reporting how well communications are working to increase employee awareness, productivity, and engagement; provide feedback on the important insights into the communication strategies and goals.
- Use data and narrative to inform decisions and promote change in the global IT sector.
- Evaluate and evaluate the success of global IT efforts, IT training, and IT communications in order to help people make better decisions.
- Provide documentation for executive reporting on communication efficacy after conducting a thorough investigation.
- Help with the creation and delivery of end-user training for modified systems or procedures

**Personal Requirements**:

- A bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline, such as business, communications, or marketing (or equivalent or related experience)
- Several years of experience working in a communications, change, and engagement role (or something comparable) in a multinational business organisation
- Experience supporting various IT solutions or other types of technology-driven business change for several years, preferably as a communications/change analyst
- Understanding of the tenets, processes, and instruments of change management
- Preferred background working in a global or regional capacity for a significant multinational firm
- Technical mastery of Excel and, ideally, Power BI
- Ability to quantify and report on the success of communications and change activities using data and analytics
- Writing and presenting skills that can be seen, including the ability to target audiences and visualise data
- Possessing effective facilitation and communication skills and the capacity to bring alignment
- A love of doing intricate, practical tasks, like writing paperwork, managing follow-ups, and arranging artefacts
