das Personalmanagement und die strategische Personalplanung für deine Teams in enger Zusammenarbeit mit weiteren Führungsrollen wie Product Owner (m/w/d) und Coaches zu übernehmen
gemeinsam mit weiteren People Leads und weiteren Kollegen (m/w/d) den Rahmen für unser Kompetenzmanagement sowie Mitarbeiterentwicklungsprogramme zu gestalten
die qualifizierte Besetzung offener Rollen sicherzustellen und den Einstellungsprozess sowie die On
- und Off-Boarding-Aktivitäten zu verantworten
administrative Themen wie Vertragsgestaltung, Freigaben, Gehaltsthemen und arbeitsrechtliche Pflichten professionell zu bearbeiten
Du bist...
idealerweise Absolvent (m/w/d) eines Studiengangs mit Schwerpunkt Personalmanagement, Personalentwicklung oder hast eine vergleichbare Ausbildung und wendest dieses Wissen mit Leidenschaft in der Praxis an
erfahren in der Führung von Menschen, idealerweise basierend auf einer Beratungsqualifikation (z. B. systemisch), und bringst fundierte Beratungs
- und Coachingkompetenzen mit, die du erfolgreich in unterschiedlichen Zielgruppen eingesetzt hast
sicher im Arbeitsrecht und konntest bereits Erfahrungen im Personalmanagement sammeln
strukturiert in deiner Arbeitsweise und zeichnest dich durch menschenzentriertes und vertrauensvolles Handeln aus.
