Now, they’re looking for a driven and curious Strategic Engagement Associate to join a high-impact initiative designed to accelerate enterprise transformation.This is your opportunity to work closely with senior decision-makers, contribute to large-scale strategy, and play a key supporting role in a program that’s transforming how top-tier companies engage with their audiences.Your Role:As a Strategic Engagement Associate, you’ll help drive the execution of the Amplify Program — a flagship initiative aimed at deepening strategic partnerships and unlocking new value for high-potential enterprise customers. You’ll support program leadership, contribute to customer strategy sessions, manage cross-functional coordination, and ensure smooth execution of complex, high-visibility projects.This role is a blend of strategic thinking, project support, digital marketing exposure, and stakeholder coordination.What You’ll Do:Program Support & Execution Support the planning and execution of the Amplify Program for select enterprise customers Assist in tracking goals, KPIs, and timelines to ensure on-time delivery of key milestones Executive Session Preparation Help organize and prepare materials for executive briefings, workshops, and strategy sessions Support the development of customer-specific transformation roadmaps Value & Business Case Development Assist in gathering insights and data to support compelling business cases and ROI narratives Identify customer needs and help highlight value creation opportunities Cross-Team Collaboration Coordinate with Sales, Services, and Partner teams across regions to drive alignment Facilitate communication between internal and external stakeholders Project Coordination & Reporting Support the management of complex programs using agile and traditional methods Track deliverables, flag risks, and contribute to reporting for leadership Innovation & Insight Gathering Research industry trends and contribute fresh insights to customer engagements Help evolve engagement frameworks and improve program delivery What You Bring: A degree in Business, Digitalization, IT, or a related field Experience in a client-facing or strategic project role (e.g. consulting, customer success, marketing support) Interest in digital marketing, transformation programs, or enterprise software solutions Strong communication skills and a confident, professional presence with stakeholders Experience supporting projects with multiple workstreams or international teams Analytical mindset with the ability to understand business models and value drivers A proactive attitude, strong attention to detail, and a passion for learning Fluency in German and English (written and spoken) Why This Role?
