Director Digital Sales & Marketing (m/w/d)

Within this role you will lead the digitization of our Sales and Marketing operations with global responsibility, in close cooperation with our business units and regional sales organizations.

**Your Responsibilites**
- Leading the continuing digital transformation of BIOTRONIK´s Sales and Marketing activities
- Creating, analyzing, and developing digital Sales and Marketing programs and campaigns including:

- SFDC based sales campaigns and programs
- Marketing automation programs
- Enhancement of our Sales and Marketing ´technology stack´
- Managing budgets, agencies and contracts
- Establishing and rolling out digital standards for BIOTRONIK to harmonize the global technology landscape

**Your Profile**
- University degree in Marketing / Business / Information technology or other relevant
- Several years of professional experience in a comparable position, preferably in a MedTech or B2B environment
- Proven leadership capabilities in a similar role
- Experience (including hands on) of running digital marketing campaigns
- Knowledge of the broader digital sales and marketing landscape
- Project leadership experience in an international environment
- Excellent English skills, German and other language skills desirable
