**My duties**
- Create Talent pipeline for open demands based on regular exchanges with hiring managers and senior leadership to understand the talent strategy for Germany
- Build relevant sourcing and hiring strategies for on-going and proactive hiring demands
- Publishing dashboards/ reports to Country Leads, Senior Leadership, Hiring Managers, RMs and relevant stakeholders
- Create a thorough understanding of talent within Germany talent market either by using relevant tools or proactively engaging with market players
- Enhancing and raising the Employer brand in the German market by driving relevant initiatives
- Partner with department heads in response to staffing requirements; responsible for developing and managing highly effective processes to attract and hire high quality and best fit talent in a full range of positions
- Counsel hiring managers on staffing and recruitment policies and procedures to ensure compliance and understanding of legal and operational requirements, hiring and compensation guidelines
- Provide training workshops with new managers to teach best recruiting practices and processes for highest quality selection decisions
- Ensure recruiting and staffing programs meet business needs and follow legal and regulatory requirements as well as competitive best practices

**My qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree required or equivalent combination of education and in-depth experience with recruitment, preferably in the tech or services industry
- Profound negotiation skills, strong Stakeholder Management skills, ability to quickly build rapport with all stakeholders
- Conceptual thinking, analytical, and planning skills
- Profound interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team environment; ability to multi-task, versatile, organizational and planning skills, attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and resolve issues effectively and efficiently
- Profound communication skills
