About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager - Europe to lead our recruitment activities across the European region. This role will play a key part in driving our growth by identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent across a variety of functions, including engineering, sales, and corporate roles.You will partner closely with business leaders and HR colleagues to build effective hiring strategies, enhance employer branding, and ensure a seamless candidate experience.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage full-cycle recruitment for key positions across multiple European countries.Partner with regional and functional leaders to understand hiring needs and deliver effective recruitment strategies.Develop and execute proactive sourcing plans to build a strong talent pipeline for current and future needs.Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and partners to ensure high-quality delivery.Drive process improvements and consistency in recruitment practices across the region.Support employer branding initiatives to strengthen our company’s presence in the European talent market.Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to track performance, optimize efficiency, and ensure compliance with local employment regulations.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.Minimum 6–8 years of talent acquisition experience, including at least 3 years in a regional or multi-country recruitment role.Proven experience in managing end-to-end recruitment across Europe.Strong knowledge of European labor markets and local hiring practices.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver under tight deadlines.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Fluent in Chinese and English; additional European languages are a strong plus.
