Global Product Operations Specialist, Salesforce

We are looking for a **Global Product Operations Specialist, Salesforce** to join our Global Salesforce Team. Join us to build an in-house Salesforce ecosystem within Delivery Hero and our global entities

**Your mission**:

- Support the usage of 25K+ users by handling internal requests that are Salesforce-based processes for the following topics: leads, vendor acquisition, vendor quality management, device logistics & stock management, vendor onboarding and vendor account management
- Manage day-to-day operational requests coming from users, prioritize and resolve or escalate them by collaborating with our Product & Tech teams
- Share best practices across our 70+ countries
- Reconcile operational needs and technical capabilities, translate requirements into technical stories and refine the stories with the Product and Tech
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing & sign off for releases
- Support the implementation of OKR setting, build reports and analyze data in order to implement internal strategy and facilitate decision-making
- Travel occasionally to some of our entities to support product operations

**Your heroic skills**:

- You have 3+ years of practical product operations/support experience with Salesforce or any similar CRM tool
- You are very detail-oriented, structured and know how to prioritize
- You are able to interact with very senior-level executives and deal with multiple stakeholders
- You have strong project management skills
- Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies, JIRA and Confluence tools would be a plus
- You have excellent analytical and communication skills and a hands-on mentality
- Experience with online delivery of food or other marketplace verticals is desirable
