Our stylish Corporate Office in Munich bundles all construction, design, administrative and marketing functions as well as many front office activities outsourced from the hotel. The central Group Reservations department is responsible for group enquiries and bookings and their smooth processing.

**Trust us, you won't get bored, as you**:

- process group inquiries from all our Ruby hotels
- create group offers and contracts
- manage and check the group handling
- act as the direct contact person for companies and agencies
- will be in charge of accounts receivable handling and invoice creation
- co-create and coordinate the central group reservations department
- look after the training and coaching of new employees in the group desk department
- control our operational standards, check their compliance, and further develop them

**We've been waiting for you, since you have/are**:

- professional training or completed studies in the field of hotel management
- two years of experience in the (group) reservations and/or front office department
- excellent communication and analytical skills
- an independent worker with a high degree of commitment and self-motivation
- a high sense of responsibility and quality consciousness
- very good knowledge of MS Office and good knowledge of reservation systems
- proficient written & spoken German and English skills
