We are looking for you as **Security Coordinator (M/F/d)**

The Security Coordinator manages security operations, acts as a liaison between clients, vendors, and internal teams, ensures service delivery, and resolves security-related issues. They also support security project coordination and improvements.

**Your tasks include**:

- Coordinating with internal teams and external vendors to meet client security requirements.
- Managing service requests, tracking incidents, and reporting according to policies.
- Supporting the client's security team, ensuring adherence to best practices and industry standards.
- Preparing comprehensive risk-based reports and improvement recommendations.
- Ensuring compliance with safety and emergency procedures.
- Contributing to the development of security-related policies and procedures.
- Attending safety briefings and maintaining a safe work environment.

**About you**:

- Fluent in English and German with strong written and oral communication skills.
- Experienced in security, retail, facility management, or related fields.
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask across departments, time zones, and cultures.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer service focus.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to adapt to new tools and processes.
- Able to work independently and collaborate with various stakeholders at all levels.
