We are **Workerbase** - an ambitious team working on an innovative software platform that helps digitize manual working processes. So far, we gained trust with Fortune 500 companies such as Porsche, Siemens, Gazelle Bikes, and many others, who are using our platform to optimize their workflows. We raised our Series A with €10m in 2022 from top investors such as Point 9, Almaz Capital, Porsche Ventures.

Now we need a **Content** **Marketing Specialist**to help us reach the next milestone.

- You will define and execute our content marketing strategy, crafting compelling stories that resonate with our audience.

- You will work closely with sales, product, and customer teams to bring our vision to life.

- Developing and executing content strategies to increase brand awareness and drive inbound leads
- Ensuring brand consistency and quality across all communication
- Collaborating with sales & product teams to align messaging and storytelling
- Tracking and analyzing content performance metrics to optimize engagement

**We want YOU because**:

- You have experience in **B2B software marketing**
- You are proactive and creative, with a passion for **storytelling**
- You have strong **writing skills** and a high sense of **quality**
- You are fluent in **English**, both written and verbally (**German is a plus**)
- Ideally, you are the one creating **both written and visual content**
- You are organized and detail-oriented, with **project management skills**
