Your responsibilities
We are looking for a creative, organized, and dynamic Marketing & Branding Specialist to join our Marketing team. Take an active part in shaping the CELUS brand and contribute to creating the future marketing strategies. Are you ready to take on the following tasks?
- Create marketing technical and non-technical content, social media plans and oversee marketing campaigns, manage company social media accounts, PR, corporate communications and actively contribute to the company’s website
- Actively participate on planning and creation of company branding
- Identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments
- Showcase the features and capabilities of CELUS Engineering platform for the use cases which our audiences care about
- Create unique, engaging, solution-oriented marketing content such as videos, workshops, tutorials, interviews, and webinars
- Ensure the company is communicating the right messaging to attract prospective customers and retain existing customers
- Analyze customer insights, research current trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies
- Analyze marketing data and oversee the effectiveness of marketing campaigns
- Oversee the company’s attendance at events, such as trade shows and conferences

**Profile**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in Marketing with a University degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Strategic Marketing or similar
- Proven experience with copywriting and content creation
- Technical background and any knowledge in digital marketing campaigns is a big plus
- Outstanding written and verbal communications skills with the ability to translate complex technology content to customer directed communication
- Creative mindset in developing webinars, videos, technical content
- A highly results
- and metrics-driven approach
- Passion for partnering closely with cross-functional teams (e.g. Sales, R&D, Product, HR) to strategize and collaborate on content creation
- Experience with marketing tools such as Hubspot, Salesforce and familiarity with social media/ad platforms such as Linkedin, Facebook, Google, TikTok etc.
- Ability to perform in a fast-moving start-up environment
- Excellent proficiency in written and spoken English (German is a plus, but not a necessity)
