As our Marketing & Communications Specialist for Germany, you’ll be at the forefront of communicating our mission to make sustainability actionable and measurable. This is a hands-on, creative, and varied role - perfect for a marketing allrounder who enjoys writing, organizing events, and building brand presence. You will create compelling content, manage marketing activities tailored to the DACH market, and support initiatives that bring our brand to life - from webinars to trade fairs.

Key Responsibilities

As the Marketing & Communications Specialist, you will:

- **Event Management**: Plan and execute marketing events in the DACH region, including webinars, trade shows, and partner events.
- **Campaign Support**: Contribute to the execution of integrated campaigns aligned with global and regional goals.
- **Brand Presence**: Ensure brand consistency across touchpoints while adapting messaging for the local market.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with product marketing, digital, and regional teams to align messaging, timing, and format.
- **Market Insights**: Bring a regional perspective to campaign planning and content development, based on trends, language, and customer needs.

Qualifications and Skills
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in marketing, communications, or events - ideally in a B2B, sustainability, or tech environment.
- Native-level German and fluent English - excellent written and verbal communication in both is essential.
- Strong writing and content development skills with a keen eye for tone and accuracy.
- Experience organizing events (virtual and/or in-person), with strong project management abilities.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools like HubSpot, WordPress, or Canva is a plus.
- A hands-on mindset - organized, curious, proactive, and solution-oriented.
- Passion for sustainability, innovation, and making a positive impact.
