**What You Will Be Doing**:
**What You Will Bring to ChargePoint**:

- Develop and manage a content roadmap and global calendar aligned with campaigns and product launches
- Ensure steady content delivery across the funnel to engage target audiences effectively
- Use generative AI tools to streamline content creation, enhance personalisation, and scale marketing efforts
- Optimise content for SEO
- Assess content performance metrics for continuous optimisation and data-driven decisions
- Oversee the full content life cycle: ideate, write, edit, and publish engaging content
- Align content with brand voice and guidelines
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure content meets audience needs and supports strategic aims
- Monitor and analyse content performance, using data to refine future content strategies
- Embrace feedback constructively for professional growth
- Manage the content calendar and blog
- Edit, proofread, and improve content
- Stay updated on content trends and best practices

**Requirements**:

- 3-5 years of content marketing experience
- Basic video and image editing skills
- Experience with generative AI tools for content creation and management
- Strong oral and written communication skills - German and English are a must
- Exceptional writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to distil complex concepts into engaging narratives
- Knowledge of SEO, marketing automation platforms, and analytics tools
- Strong project management and collaboration skills
- A desire to learn, take ownership, and contribute to the team
