**Your mission**:
The sales team’s success is your success. As Head of Sales, your role will be to help our top line thrive while keeping an eye on revenue profitability. You will motivate our sales people to be the best they can be, ensure the growth of our customer base and that our existing customers are taken care of in the best possible way.
- Lead by your own sales activities as a positive role model.
- Understand where the market moves and how this impacts our buyer’s future agendas.
- Collaboratively shape our sales strategy, organization and sales competencies.
- Understand, manage and optimize our sales funnel.
- Set, review and monitor meaningful KPIs, and foster the team’s underlying data hygiene.
- High level of collaboration with Back Office, Customer Success and Finance.
- The position is based in Remscheid or Berlin and reporting directly to our CEO.

**Your profile**:

- At least 5 years of professional experience in B2B automotive retail or a similar industry
- Souverain at midmarket (dealership groups) and enterprise (OEM) level
- Track record as a team leader with a focus on people management and competence management to meet and exceed quota
- Eager to drive transformation in a growing business
- High sense of responsibility you walk the talk
- Strategic thinker with pragmatic, hands-on mentality
- Affinity for both: technical (Software, IoT) and non-technical products
- Sincere interest in helping your colleagues succeed
- Proficient user of at least one CRM tool (Hubspot, Salesforce, etc)
- You have a good command of business English and German, both written and spoken
