**About the Role**:
Bayes Esports Solutions is growing as rapidly as the esports industry is.

It is your job to take our industry-leading data products and services to market, own client education, and negotiations, drive their success and maximize revenues.

As the Head of Sales, you built and led teams to market-leading success. You have experience both in the startup and the corporate world and get a kick out of rolling up your sleeves to conquer a global market with a small and agile team. You have owned multi-millions in revenue streams and you have converted, managed, and maximized top accounts in a digital tech b2b/enterprise industry. Ideally, you bring a network in the sports data, esports, and/or betting industry, know the market players and understand the global market dynamics of these industries. You have an exceptionally strong drive to the market, paired with a sense of order and strategy. Most of all, you’re burning to own market leadership and cement it for the years to come.

**Responsibilities**:

- Build and lead our sales team, maximizing revenues
- Own key client and distribution relationships across all industries
- Drive go-to-market strategies for the array of Bayes data products
- Create customer segments and benchmarks
- Design product and pricing policies (e.g bundlings, upsell, and tiering)
- Scale account management and sales processes

**Requirements**:

- Min. Bachelor's degree
- Min. 8-10 years of sales experience
- Leading sales position in B2B/enterprise tech sales or business development, owning multi-million revenue streams
- Network in the sports data, esports, and/or betting industry
- Track record of building and leading outstanding sales teams
- Proven record of taking products to market, conquering market segments
- Strong negotiator, comfortable talking and presenting to C-Levels of industry-leading companies
- Experienced strategizer, very structured and analytic
- Excellent written/verbal communication and presentation skills in English
- Located in Berlin, Germany

- Languages: Spanish, Chinese, Russian, and Portuguese
