Legal Counsel/ Compliance Officer (m/w/d)
Ihre Aufgaben
- Überarbeitung und Optimierung der Compliance-Richtlinien und -prozesse
- Beratung der Geschäftsführung zu allen Compliance
- und Rechtsthemen, insbesondere auch im Vertragsrecht
- Erstellung und Schulung von neuen Richtlinien
- Aufbereitung von Compliance-Inhalten für die innerbetriebliche Kommunikation
- Ansprechpartner für Rechtsfälle und Bearbeitung von Rechtsfragen aus den Bereichen Vertragsrecht (z.B. Einkauf, Vertrieb, Finance)
- Prüfung und Monitoring von Kunden-, Lieferanten
- und Rahmenverträgen
- Koordination bzw. Durchführung von Richtlinien-/ Compliance-Audits
- Leitung und Durchführung von Projekten im Bereich Legal, Compliance, Audit und Verwaltung, insbesondere EU-Taxonomie sowie Corporate Sustainability Reporting (CSR)
- Unterstützung des Datenschutz
- und des Informationssicherheitsbeauftragten
Das bringen Sie mit
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Rechtswissenschaften (mindestens 1. Staatsexamen/ Bachelor)/ Abschluss als Jurist (m/w/d), Wirtschaftsjurist (m/w/d) oder vergleichbar
- Erste Berufserfahrung in vergleichbarer Funktion im Bereich Compliance
- Sehr gute Sprachkenntnisse in Englisch
- Sehr gute analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten
- Kommunikationsstärke, Konfliktfähigkeit und Verhandlungsgeschick
- Eigeninitiative, Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität
- Gute Kenntnisse in MS-Office
