**Ihre Aufgabe**:
Wir suchen Anwälte und Anwältinnen, die Lust haben, sich auszuprobieren. In den ersten Jahren werden Sie als anwaltlicher Generalist arbeiten. Sie erhalten die Möglichkeit, sich in verschiedene thematische Bereiche einzubringen: Vom Wettbewerbsrecht bis zu spannenden M&A-Projekten. Von Vertragsverhandlungen bis zu kniffligen Fragen im IT- oder TK-Bereich. Um nur einige Beispiele aus dem umfassenden juristischen Beratungsportfolio zu nennen. So lernen Sie auch alle Bereiche im Konzern als anwaltlicher Berater kennen und bauen ein großes Netzwerk auf. Nach der intensiven Allrounder-Zeit in den ersten Jahren wählen Sie Ihr Fachgebiet. Dort geht es dann mit fachlichem Schwerpunkt als gefragter Spezialist weiter.

Als **Legal Counsel / Syndikusrechtsanwalt (m/w/d)** kümmern Sie sich in beiden Phasen - mit unterschiedlichem Fokus - insbesondere um:

- Prüfung hinsichtlich juristischer Risiken und Erarbeitung von Handlungsempfehlungen
- Begleitung von Vertragsverhandlungen mit Kunden, Partnern und Lieferanten
- Erstellung und Prüfung von Vertragsmustern und -entwürfen
- Führen von Rechtsstreitigkeiten
- Erarbeitung und Umsetzung von Rechtskonzepten und Regelungen
- Erstellung von Rechtsgutachten
- Beobachtung und Bewertung der Rechtsprechung und Gesetzgebung
- (Teil-)Leitung von komplexen Projekten

**Ihr Profil**:

- Sie haben Ihr erstes und zweites juristisches Staatsexamen mit überdurchschnittlichen Ergebnissen abgeschlossen.
- Gegebenenfalls haben Sie bereits erste Berufserfahrung gesammelt.
- Bei Berufserfahrung: Diese haben Sie bei einem Wirtschaftsunternehmen (idealerweise, aber nicht zwingend in der IT und Telekommunikationsbranche) oder einer Wirtschaftskanzlei gesammelt.
- Sie sind top-motiviert und haben Spaß am Umgang mit anderen Menschen.
- Sie sind flexibel und neugierig.

Außerdem überzeugen Sie durch:

- Vertiefte Rechtskenntnisse
- Unternehmerisches Denken und strukturierte ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie gerne Erfahrung in der Begleitung von komplexen Projekten
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
