- Eigenständige und praxisorientierte Betreuung und Beratung der Gesellschaften der Division Weapon & Ammunition
- Bearbeitung eines breiten juristischen Tätigkeitsfeldes mit vielseitigen und anspruchsvollen Rechtsangelegenheiten
- Kompetente und pragmatische Unterstützung der Fachabteilungen bei der Gestaltung, Prüfung und Verhandlung komplexer Verträge mit Kunden, OEMs und Lieferanten in deutscher und englischer Sprache
- Eigenständige Erstellung von Gutachten zu rechtlichen Fragen
- Mitarbeit in interdisziplinären Projekten im Konzern
- Gestaltung und Durchführung von internen Schulungen

WAS SIE MITBRINGEN SOLLTEN
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Rechtswissenschaften inkl. 1. und 2. Staatsexamen
- Einschlägige Berufserfahrung, z. B. erworben in einem Industrieunternehmen oder einer Wirtschaftskanzlei
- Praktische Erfahrungen im Zivil
- und Gesellschaftsrecht
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
- Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (weitere Fremdsprache von Vorteil)
- Interesse und Verständnis für die wirtschaftlichen Zusammenhänge und Interesse an technischen Fragestellungen in einem weltweit tätigen Konzern
- Sicheres Urteilsvermögen sowie die Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte präzise und verständlich darzustellen
- Reisebereitschaft
