ABOUT THE ROLE
Porsche Digital is looking for a People Partner responsible for all HR-related topics in our brand new Call Center in the Berlin area. You will help to build up the whole entity from scratch as the first point of contact for all HR-related questions from applicants, employees, managers and many co-workers at Porsche.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Contributing for the setup and operating of a customer oriented & data driven Call Center
- Responsibility for all HR processes ensuring all necessary topics to build up and maintain operations
- Executing contract management for all employees in compliance with legal and integrity requirements
- Ensuring the full spectrum of operational Human Resources work including all relevant tax and labour law issues
- Providing HR data for stakeholders from different Porsche entities
- Creating business proposals based on own research
- Enabling the personnel development of employees in terms of personality, competencies, and skills
- Ensuring the whole performance appraisal & remuneration process
- Ensuring an excellent (New) Work atmosphere

WHO YOU ARE
- Degree in business administration, business psychology, ideally with a focus on human resources management or good explanation why you fit into that role
- Several years of work experience in the field of human resources - ideally in a call center environment
- Labor law knowledge
- Ability to manage big teams in a fast pathed environment
- Excellent organization and communication (both written and verbal) with a hands-on mentality is essential for this position
- Agile and team-oriented mindset combined with a hands-on mentality
- Proficiency in MS Office and SAP/HR or Success Factors is desirable
- Experience in supporting multiple projects
- Language skills: Fluent in German and English, ideally additional Spanish
