As** Regional People Partner **you will be responsible for LastPass employees within **UK, Ireland and Germany **and as a partner with the management team you will support the execution of the business strategy via all HR programs and policies.

**Your Day to Day will include**:

- Fully managing regional onboarding processes for new hires, including all necessary paperwork, HRIS database entry, onboarding training and any additional support needed within UK, Ireland, & Germany
- Managing the administrative activities and supporting payroll teams according to regional laws and global guidelines
- Hosting exit interviews for employees within location and gathering trends and analytics to ensure appropriate actions/trainings are put into place, providing feedback and input for continuous improvement of the employee experience through insights gained from the onboarding and exiting processes
- Partnering with appropriate management, HR and Learning & Development teammates on developing local training needs and participating in program delivery
- Promoting consistent performance management and supporting all regional employee relations issues, rewards & recognition processes are in accordance with the LastPass philosophy.
- Managing multiple projects and assignments, prioritizing and meeting tight deadlines in support of regional and global business goals

**What We’re Looking For**

As **Regional People Partner **your background will have:

- 5+ years of professional HR experience in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of regional labour laws (at least two of the countries)
- Demonstrated ability to build a foundation of trust, manage ambiguity - dealing with issues that do not always have a process or a system in place
- Strong work ethic with a flexible mindset including the ability to think strategically, execute tactically and collaborate across many teams and situations
- Excellent communication skills and confidence interacting with a variety of stakeholders; including, Employees & Business Leaders, HR COEs, Cross functional Partners
- A high level of responsive and effective customer service and team orientation
