**Your responsibilities**:

- working on funded projects (Federal Ministry of Education and Research) with an emphasis on one or more of the following topics: User Centered Service, User Centered Design, Design Thinking, Creativity, hybrid learning, Conversational Agents
- participate in Creativity Workshops as Coach
- preparation of presentations and reports
- working in an interdisciplinary team
- working on a PhD or scientific research

**Your profile**:

- University degree (Diploma, Master) in Business Studies, Information Systems, Computer Science, Creative Studies or comparable studies
- Proficient User of the German (mandatory) and English language
- Experiences in Project Management, Design Thinking, and in communicating and networking with companies is helpful
