**TASKS WITH IMPACT**
As an integral part of our Finance team at DOUGLAS, the Head of E-Com Controlling plays a crucial role in driving the establishment and advancement of E-Commerce reporting and integrated financial performance tracking. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual who embodies our company values and is passionate about the beauty industry. - Establish and further advance E-Commerce reporting, including integrated financial performance tracking, in close collaboration with the reporting team.
- Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual evaluation and commentary on the business and financial performance of the E-Commerce business, including RM, PP, SC, SM.
- Manage and analyze regular forecasts and annual budget planning.
- Implement and continuously improve group-wide processes for forecasting and budget planning.
- Prepare reports and presentations on financial and non-financial steering key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Provide commercial sparring for international subsidiaries (local CFOs, local controlling, local E-Com, etc.) and consult the Management Board in decision-making regarding financial management reporting.
- Continuously develop existing control and steering instruments, as well as ensure governance over financial KPIs.

**YOUR ADDED VALUE**
- Successfully completed business studies and comprehensive expertise in controlling and finance.
- Several years of professional experience in a controlling environment or in an accounting firm, preferably in retail or FMCG with E-Commerce experience.
- Excellent written and spoken German and English skills.
- Proficient in financial modeling and Excel.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to independently organize and drive change in a dynamic environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and persuade.
