Location: Berlin or Remote (within Germany) Employment Type: Full-time Start Date: Q1 2026 About us: Fleetlery GmbH is a fast-growing startup based in Hamburg, providing staffing and logistics solutions for the food delivery industry. As we scale across Germany and Europe, we are seeking a highly organized, strategic, and execution-focused Chie f of Staff (m/f/d) to support our Chief Operating Officer (COO) directly. This role is a unique opportunity to gain insight into company operations, drive high-impact projects, and act as a trusted partner to le adership. Your role: As Chief of Staff to the COO, you’ll be the COO’s right hand, driving alignment across the organization, ensuring day-to-day priorities are met, and leading cross-functional projects that improve operations, efficiency, and execution. You’ll work at both strategic and operational levels. Your responsibilities: Support the COO in planning, prioritizing, and executing strategic and operational initiatives Act as a point of contact between the COO and internal/external stakeholders Manage special projects and process improvements across operations, logistics, and team functions Prepare presentations, reports, and briefings for internal and external use Track KPIs, identify bottlenecks, and proactively solve problems Help structure meetings, define agendas, and ensure follow-ups are executed Keep a pulse on operational performance and support day-to-day decision-making Your profile: Degree in Business Administration , Operations , Economics , or a similar field 2–4 years of relevant experience , e.g. in consulting, operations or startup environments Strong understanding of operational processes and cross-functional workflows Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving and execution skills Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities Proficient in PowerPoint , Excel , and tools like Notion and Slack Fluent in German and English (Spanish is a strong plus) High level of discretion, reliability, and ownership What we offer: Direct collaboration with the COO and exposure to company-wide decision-making A high-impact role with strategic and operational responsibility Attractive compensation and development opportunities Remote flexibility (up to 5 days/week) and a dynamic team environment A fast-paced startup culture with flat hierarchies and real ownership Ready to take the next step?
