**Job Overview**: Imetric delivers best-in-class photogrammetry technology and service to ensure high-quality outcomes for dental implant patients. As we expand into Frankfurt, Germany. Imetric is looking for passionate, multilingual professionals to join our support team.
**Position: Level 2 Technical Support Agent**
**Location: Remote (Based in Frankfurt, Germany [Required])**:
**Who We Are Looking For**:
Imetric is seeking motivated, self-starting individuals with experience in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Dental Clinic environments. This customer-facing technical role involves supporting, training, and troubleshooting the ICam Photogrammetry System for dental professionals across multiple language regions.
Language Requirements:
- Fluent English - Required
- Fluent German - Required
- Fluent in either French _or_ Turkish - Required (you must be fluent in one of these languages, but not necessarily both)
**Qualifications**:
**Education / Certifications**: Associate Degree in Computer Science or related field
- CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ certifications (preferred but not required)
**Experience**: 1-3 years in Customer Service, IT Support, or dental ckinic environments. Experience with technical installations or training is a strong plus.
**Responsibilities**:
- Leverage existing ICam Photogrammetry training materials to instruct doctors, dental assistants, and lab technicians.
- Install and configure system software and hardware, both remotely and during occasional on-site visits.
- Support the creation of troubleshooting and training resources.
- Educate customers (dentists and dental labs) on workflow optimization and implementation.
- Provide direct customer support via phone, video call, and helpdesk.
- Log and document support tickets and client communication.
- Assist with course preparation, including AV setup, during in-person sessions.
- Troubleshoot ICam hardware and IScan software, creating internal documentation for fixes and updates.
