**Werkstudent Talent Acquisition (w/m/d)**

**Deine zukünftige Aufgabe**
- Theorie satt? Bei uns erlernst Du die Praxis der HR-Arbeit für MEHR
- Dabei erstellst und schaltest Du Stellenanzeigen.
- Zudem gehört die Direktansprache über LinkedIn und Xing zu Deinen wichtigsten Aufgaben.
- Die Korrespondenz mit Bewerbern inklusive der Vorbereitung und Organisation von Vorstellungsgesprächen liegt ebenfalls in Deinen Händen.
- Darüber hinaus unterstützt Du die Personalabteilung bei spannenden HR-Projekten.

**Du als Mensch und was Du mitbringst**
- Student oder Studentin der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Psychologie oder vergleichbar
- Erste Erfahrung im Bewerbermanagement wünschenswert, aber nicht zwingend erforderlich
- Gute MS-Office Kenntnisse
- Genaue und selbständige Arbeitsweise
- Teamfähigkeit
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
