As a Engineering Project Lead (M/F/d), you are the key figure for the technical success of our product development. You take over the cross-functional planning and coordination of employees and resources in research & development and synchronize the development plans of the subcomponents of a solution. You support our product owners and provide technical leadership to the cross-functional teams.

**Your impact**:

- Plan, execute and conduct follow-up of product development (according to product development process - PEP)
- Provide technical leadership to the cross-functional development teams (software, hardware, mechanical) for on-time and on-budget product delivery in close cooperation with the other projectmanager from software, hardware and mechanical.
- Support the Product Owner by providing technical knowledge, including own knowledge and input from the entire development team, as well as Chief Engineer, System Architects, Feature Owners, etc.
- Resource-optimized project organization: finding and implementing the most efficient team structure and configuration for project realization
- Continuously monitor project progress, project risk management and ensuring information transfer, e.g. through defect management or status reports to the management.

**Who you are**:
You successfully implement projects with your high level of commitment and initiative. Your assertiveness, negotiation skills and ability to deal with conflicts prove their worth on a daily basis. You understand how parts need to come together to create the final product and systems.
- Successfully completed technical degree (4-year college education / bachelor's / master's degree) or industrial engineering degree.
- Many years of experience in technical project management, IPMA or PMI certification advantageous
- Experience in program management desirable
- Very good analytical and conceptual skills
- Fluent German and English, both written and spoken
