Competence Lead Test Automation

As a Competence Lead Test Automation (M/F/d), you will play a key role in the further development of our Test Automation Platform to enable more effective and efficient testing. We look forward to welcoming you **Your impact**: - Organizing and planning the development and implementation of a test automation infrastructure. - Providing guidance on creating GUI test scripts using the Robot Framework in Python based on test cases or requirements, with a focus on reusability for other test teams. - Collaborating with Test Managers and Product Owners to plan test activities. - Identifying and analyzing requirements for end-to-end testing. - Preparing specifications regarding the necessary software and hardware. - Continuously improving and maintaining the tool and test infrastructure. - Commissioning through various tests and operational adjustments. **Who you are**: - A completed engineering or technical degree (Bachelor's, Master's, or Dipl.Ing.) with a focus on computer science or a related field. - Experience in software development or test automation. - Knowledge of at least one test automation tool (e.g., Robot Framework, Selenium). - Expertise in object-oriented programming languages (ideally Python). - Familiarity with development environments (Eclipse, IntelliJ) and preferably build servers (Jenkins, TeamCity). - Technical expertise in IT, with solid knowledge of client-server architectures and CAN and HTTP protocols. - Excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken. **What makes us special**: Our employees are the key to make our vision come alive.
