Head of Testing

The purpose of the role Head of Testing & Simulation is to coordinate and manage the overall verification, validation and simulation activities for residential Viessmann products and systems with the target to achieve highest customer satisfaction and compliance with set performance and quality standards by executing an overarching test strategy comprising functional and non-functional (performance & quality) tests with E2E test scope. **Your impact**: - Disciplinary leadership of the unit Testing and Simulation (~ 100 people) as part of the R&D Systems Engineering - Direct Reports: Team Leads for Test Management, Functional Testing, Performance & Quality Testing, System Simulation - Reporting to Head of Systems Engineering - Responsible for the test strategy in alignment with the domain test teams (SW, E/E, ME) enabling the elicitation of the overall test coverage for products and systems - Support of the test teams in reviewing test strategies, test plannings and overall test results - Further development of the test quality and methodology with focus on expanding test automation - Further development of internal test processes and test guidelines together with the respective domain test teams **Who you are**: With your high level of expertise in the area of testing & simulation, you are particularly suited for this task.
